He dismisses one company as it's an alliance, but then treats Stelantis like they are an individual brand. Is this just North America? I would expect to see a couple of Chinese brands in there maybe.

Stelantis is just one company selling its product under various brand names. Just like Volkswagen Group and Toyota.
Perhaps the data on Chinese companies are not available or they are many but small. The data he gives is for worldwide sales.

I think the Chinese brands are not big enough yet, some of them produce hundreds of thousands of cars; but not millions.

Here is another interesting video from Autoline, Which Car Company Has the Highest Productivity:

I read somewhere that it takes Tesla 13 hours to make the Model 3; and it takes VW 30 hours to make the ID.3. That's a huge difference.

One could argue the difference shows in terms of build quality though. I love all that Tesla stands for, but could never part with that much money on something that's fit and finish resembles a Kia from 1996.

The Tesla cars remind me of the Subaru STI and the Mitsubishi Evo. Those cars had excellent drivetrains (engine, transmission, great 4 wheel drive system) but the rest of the car and the interior was very low quality. Tesla has the best electric motor and battery technology; but everything else is mediocre. It seems like most people are ok with that. I personally would like to have something nicer inside and a nice paint to go with it.

I agree to an extent, the highest mileage Tesla is on about 1.5 Million KM and on it's 3rd battery and 9th motor. If it wasn't for the unlimited mileage warranty honoured by Tesla on the early cars, this thing would have been sent to landfill several hundred thousand miles ago. Those without such warranties get so sick of Tesla's repair bills, they blow up their cars with dynamite in haha.

The buyers of new Teslas, here in the UK, are not bothered about longevity. Most are taken out on leases and then replace with a new one. Or bought as a company car.
Personally, I would love one and if the Lottery numbers come up I will have one. Not much chance otherwise.

I'm put off by the lack of exclusivity, I see more model 3's than I do golfs now as all the wealthy tourists flock here in thier millions during holiday season. Besides paint colours and wheel options, there's not much to tell one from another, and for the price you pay, I'd rather not have a car that looks like a Hyundai from 2006. Something like the Kia EV6 GT interests me more, with almost 600 bhp, 0-60 in 3.5 and more driver focused customizsations like you get in the N cars. It's more interesting to look at too.
