You've got high mileage?

No, not really. Don't bother handing off your beer.

Some epic hi milers there....I thought this Peugeot did well when it died at 510k miles. Don't think I ever owned a car with more than 100,000 miles if I'm honest.

I had a Volvo 144 and that was the first car I owned where the odometer went up over 100,000 miles. I remember coming home one day, looking at the odometer, driving around the block then getting the kids out to the car. The odometer was then at 123,456 miles.

500k plus, even if a small plus, is a huge milestone. I'd want to make something special of the sequential numbers too.

My previous four cars had done 156K, 182K, 131K and 150K when I parted with them. I don't think my recently acquired Skoda Fabia will get big numbers though. It has 69K on the clock and I am currently doing 55 miles! a month.

55 miles a month has me beat by a ways. I do 250-260 a month if I take out abnormalities like jury duty that adds a chunk. My best half does no more than you, maybe even a bit less.
