I received an email from someone (unidentified) supposedly in tech support. The promise is to tell one of the developers about this issue. Did anyone else contact support and did you get any reply? Or did you come here to complain without directly contacting Fuelly about it?

I agree the mini-stat system should be automated by now but I guess we're going to have to remind them every year.

This is the web support forum. This is where we are supposed to bring up these issues. No one is minding the store anymore, and it's not our responsibility to go hunt people down to remind them to do their job.

This has been an issue for the last four years. Enough is enough.

I've even reached out to Andy Rabinowitz himself, who has not responded.

Fuelly is a dying business. No one is left to make sure it's running properly.

I agree with you that the business and website is neglected and going downhill but it is not a difficult "search" to click on the "Contact" link under "legal" at the bottom of this page. I did that since no one was responding here. I got a response within a few days. Now we just wait to see how long it will take for 2022 to magically appear.

I don't depend on Fuelly all that much anyway. I track everything using the "Simply Auto" app on my phone. It's easy and can track more categories than fuel.

I also have a log of everything spent on the car in terms of gas and maintenance in the glove compartment, a book with no personally identifiable information that will be passed on if we ever sell, trade or gift the car. That way the next owner will have records of how well the car was maintained before they take ownership.
