can't add/change photo to forum badge

I changed the photo on my car profile a few weeks ago and the small forum badge is still using the old photo. I deleted the photo and uploaded the new photo again but now it's just stuck with the default fuelly image.

Thank you and yes I am Iv changed it on my page but on a forum I use its showing the old photo.

Can you share a link to the page on the forum where you're seeing the old image? If I can see the badge that isn't updating it'll help me track down the problem.
