Hi guys how are you ? I really hope you can assist me. I am trying to log in but keep getting the following error : "invalid username and password combination".
I have changed my password numerous times but keep getting this error ? On the web I can log in with no problems, this only on the app. I am using a Iphone.
I got an error message while trying to log into the app. I reset my password and it works online, but not on my phone app. I see several folks are having the same issue. Then I deleted the app and downloaded the newest version, but it still gives me the same error: Login Error, Invalid username and password combination.
Has anyone had success getting into the app? I am having the same problem. Usually when I do a fuel up, I’ve had to send myself the password reset email, and it lets me use the app that time. But I have to reset the password every time I use it.
I wouldn't count on getting any sort of timely response, if any response at all.
Honestly, I'm starting to believe that no one is actually overseeing Fuelly anymore. The owner - Andy Robinowitz (@andyrobo) - hasn't posted anything here since September of 2018.
I've been giving serious thought to setting up my own spreadsheet that mimics Fuelly's functionalities and just taking everything under my own wing.
