Transfer subscription to new phone

My iPhone 6S had a problem that was rectified by Apple giving me a reconditioned 6S. Upon setting it up, Fuelly can't find my annual subscription which was originally purchased on Dec 20, 2017. I was able to restore most of the data from a backup but the last two or three purchases did not come through. I'm hoping they are saved online through the subscription.
