I know what the red star is and the blue star (dealing with donations) but recently I have seen green ones (best I can figure it means moderator) but now I have ran across a gold star or yellow star.
what is the breakdown of what all of this means? are there more out there?

Green stars are moderators and admins. I believe gold stars are for those who have contributed over a certain dollar amount to the site. I'm not quite sure what that is. Rus (101MPG) should know.
