i know we've got a lot of builders / fabricators / tinkerers here, so i pass this on fyi:

3-d modeling software from google. free. looks really cool. can integrate with google earth if you're doing buildings etc.

I might use it for stuff

I might use it for stuff like in the LED thread I posted where the guy modeled up his project before hand. Drawing up plans and that kinda thing. Very useful for a dork like myself.
