Complete Ebay VX parts car, Red, Cape Cod MA, $400

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1993-...QQcmdZViewItem

Came across this in my weekly civic VX parts search on ebay. No bids yet, has a bit of rust, but it might night be too bad to fix. I don't think most NE VXs with 200k look much better sadly enough.

Dan, on the contrary, that is one of the most rusted out Civics I've ever seen, New England or otherwise. I sold my '95 VX with 225,000 miles on it 8 months ago. Granted, it was 2 years younger than that '93 on Ebay, but it only had the usual rust starting above the rear wheels. 2 years from now it certainly wouldn't have been as badly rusted as that VX. It may be that being surrounded by the salt air on Cape Cod makes it more rust-prone than being inland.

I saw this one on Ebay too. That price was great but this one looks too bad to restore and drive. Good parts car though.

Well it ended with no bids. Ideal for someone who wants some VX parts. I bought my car from Northern PA where it snows a lot and there is salt on the roads all the time, so I'm afraid my car isn't much better than this under the paint. I've seen a few civic hatches in PA that didn't look much worse than this one.
