Paint and wheels look good, but I can see some crash damage on the LF fender and the trailing end of the LF door. Also, the hood looks like it the hinges are bent, since the back of the hood is at least an inch higher than it should be.
If the body is rust-free, this should all be fixable with minimal investment.
