Like I mentioned earlier, there appear to be differences between VX/CX manifold designs, depending on the year. Does your CX manifold look anything like this VX/CX manifold? If so, Civic HF & STD manifolds may be compatible.

Yes my cx looks like that i would send a pic but my buddy is borrowing it. It's a 94 cx so you know. My 92 vx looks like that also its a fed version. If you really needed something sent to Cali. I could and or would help with that just ship to me And pay the additional shipping and you would have it. Pain but... I work for the PO so I'm there every day.

Update: I bought a new manifold from Honda, installed it yesterday... All's well, etc. Thanks Rusty94cx and others for all your help

I bought it from Majestic Honda for $220 + shipping (I had purchased the OEM gaskets earlier). Considering that at my local Honda dealership the manifold alone would have cost me ~$370, I'm pretty happy with the investment. Besides, the crack on the old one was slowly working its way all the way through, something had to be done.
