Not sure if it's all windows or not, but until the 21st at least some are 15% off. Also there's currently an energy efficiency tax credit which gives you a 30% rebate on qualifying models. That's enough that even if you need to get a somewhat more expensive model to meet the requirements it's generally worth it in the end.

When I looked into this, NONE of the models available through home centers were "qualifying", despite the marketing. In fact, to find a qualifying window, I would have had to pay a pretty big chunk of change through a local "premium" window supplier.
(Having said that, I was amazed at the efficiency and overall construction of some of the premium windows available, they are quite impressive. But still expensive.)

I was able to get qualifying picture window units at Lowes. All picture windows are special order, however, so perhaps that makes the difference.
