I retired 2 vehicles and then synched my data, only to find to my horror that one of my current vehicles, a 2017 Mazda3 was missing. Data for my other Mazda, a 2017 CX-5 is intact.
Please can you help me to recover missing vehicle (Mazda3)?
Glenda, a very helpful member of Fuelly's Customer Support Team was able to restore the vehicle with it's refuelling details (however, not the maintenance records). Sharing how this was made possible, in case it is of help to others in a similar situation.
Fortunately, I had a recent backup of iPhone on my desktop. I used that to restore the data, exported it as a .csv file and then sent it to Glenda. Glenda imported that data & sent me a request to transfer the information to my account.
