import fail

Just tried to import my data from aCar and got this:
Error

  • Your car has odometer tracking set, but no odometer heading in your CSV file.
Don't really want to have to edit csv file. I know you are working to seamlessly sync to fuelly.com
Did I just do something wrong or is the aCar csv format somehow incompatible with fuelly?

It was reported to us the other day that import may be acting funky. We're looking into it this week to get a fix ASAP.
I'll post here with updates.

I also got this import problem, saying "Your car has odometer tracking set, but no odometer heading in your CSV file."

I've all my logs in Excel, and have made a CSV with headings:
Odometer km Litres Price Fuelup_date Partial_fuelup Notes

But still the same error.

Any fixes?

Hm... can you try removing the "KM" column? If you have the odometer, then you shouldnt need the miles traveled (trip) which may be throwing it off.

I've also tried without "KM", but still the same error. "KM" column is without any data.

Like this.

When import:
------------
Error
Your car has odometer tracking set, but no odometer heading in your CSV file.

Based on your settings for this car, the import is expecting your fuel-ups data to be in the following format:

-Tracking: Odometer Readings in (Kilometers)
-Fuel Volume: Litres
-Price: Norwegian Krone/Liter
------------

Your image link is broke.
Can you send me the file you're attempting to import? Either dropbox or email to support @ fuelly.com (no spaces) is fine.
