Make sure that you use the Full Restore option, not the Import from aCar CSV option.
Nope. That can access only a file already on the new phone. The FAQ says that acar cannot access the cloud to restore. What's the point of letting us backup to the cloud?
Please connect your phone to a computer via USB cable. Copy the backup file from Google Drive to the zonewalker-acar folder in your phone's internal memory. Then, do the restore.
