Hi everyone,
I received my Ioniq Hybrid SE 10 days ago and on day 4 found I couldn't open the hatchback. Went to the dealer and the tech guy sighed and said he'd take a look, obviously thinking "here we go, another numpty". After 30 minutes of trying everything but a hammer, he booked the car in for 13 nov. Hope they can sort something 'cos Granny's in the boot.

Hi welcome, I like the ioniq. Is it the regular hybrid or the plug in? The plug in has a great real world electric range of 37 miles approx.

Welcome from another Scot. The Ioniq Hybrid SE is a nice car. Quite like the idea of a PHEV. And 36 EV miles. That would do me 4 days. Excellent.
