Im into two stroke Bike Engines and 4 stroke car engines.
My claim to fame.
Geting a two stroke Motor like the RD350 to drop its emmisions from barelly leagel to producing less than a modern four stroke bike with a Cat con.
We achived a huge drop in emmisions, 20-30% increase in power and mileage on the two strokes. This is done thru our Ignition. (No longer in production so please dont ban me or kick me out). But the old posts and proff are still there on the forum.
On the car front I have doubled the power and mileage.
Again nothing fancy. Its a old carbed 1.3 Ltr 4 cylinder suzuki engine.
Installed a Turbo. (Because they said it couldnt be done). Then just played with the jeting and ignition timing.). THe carb has two buterflys. A primary and a secondry. If I want mileage I operate only on the primary.
If I want power I press down some more and open the secondry.
Mileage went up from 12 Km /ltr in town to 24.
Offcourse if you floor it and bring in the second buterfly. Mileage is down to 10. Yes we use water also.
Ive been running my forum for the past decade. I dont have any big secret weapon to save gas.
But believe in proper tuning to achieve good mileage and a bright spark with the right duration to drop emissions.
