Hi I'm Bob Evans

Not the restaurant. I am an artist, a product designer. I'm looking forward to taking my notes, and receipts with odometer notations, and getting them organized, and having a platform that makes it easy to see how I'm doing with my fuel mileage.

Hi from another new guy. I was going to tell you how much I enjoy breakfast at your place but I'll just say welcome instead. Input your car info when you get a chance.

Send a message via Skype™ to rfruth
Was hoping for some pork sausage but good fuel mileage is even better

Just out of interest, do you have Welsh ancestory? The name Robert Evans is very common here, in fact I know at least 4 or 5 in my tiny town alone

Draigflag, LDB, rfruth, DieselBaby Thank you. Will sit down and start entering mileage tomorrow! Great, great, grandma was a Welsh widow, who traveled by covered wagon to Utah and married an American Indian. On the other side of my family, I'm a direct descendant of General Wilkinson. I guess I'm about as American as you can get, other than my Great Great Grandfather, except I was born in Paris.

Interesting history, must be nice to be able to trace your family back. You may find it amusing that 2 of the most common names in Wales are Evans, and Jones, despite the fact that there is no "V" or "J" in the Welsh alphabet at all! Still trying to get my head around that one...

This little conversation motivated me to use multi-great grandpa as my avatar. His nose and chin did get passed down to my generation, and my nephew has the same!
