Today's car tires are now radial; ie, the uneven tread wear problems of the (bias ply) earlier days are over! AND ... less rolling resistance of four tires will show up in slightly better mpg... I use a ScanGuage II, not the seat-of-my-pants or topping off the gas tank.
We do not advocate inflating beyond the Manufacturer's stated sidewall max pressure for liability reasons. If you choose to exceed this, you do so at your own risk.

On April 18, 2012 Do Not Buy Gasoline Pass It On. We Have To Stand Up At Some Point To These Outlandish Gas Prices Before We Really Are At A Transit Standstill Because No One Will Be Able To Afford The Costs.

New to forum; Hello; Have 1975 pre-smog, carbureted, V8, just about to convert to LPG for $1000, but what is the best way to get 100mpg? HHO? best installation? I can do anything I want to this truck and have the engine bay space for mods, what do the experts recommend? Thanks.

There's debate that HHO actually produces gains, because it uses electricity from the alternator to produce the gas, which is an increased load on the engine. Exactly what make/model vehicle are we talking about? 100 MPG equivalent will be difficult, if its possible at all.

yur best bet is to convert to natural gas or diesel and use fry oil.

Me too. I can get 700 out of my truck if I were brave enough to trust the barely-working fuel gauge.
