?In HK, fuel price is insane, price today USD$1.8/Litre,?

Yup about the same price as I pay in Helsinki Finland (1.65-1.75) , and of course a lot goes to tax , but then again , the snow and ice literally tear up the roads here , so I guess someone has to pay for it.
I just wish it wasn't me.
