2nd Oxygen Sensor Vtec-e

I have a question about the "downstream O2 sensor" that came with my JDM Vtec-e engine. (D15B 92-95)
The sensor I am referring to is located after the catalytic converter and is a single wire sensor.
I heard people say that the USDM ecu's don't require a second sensor input.
The problem here is, I am using the JDM ecu (P84) and want to make sure all "possible" connections are made to ensure trouble free operation.
What is the pin location for this second O2 sensor?

The other concern is that the Intake manifold does not have a Purge solenoid. Does this mean that the JDM version does not use a charcoal canister either?
The P84 ecu has an empty slot where the Purge solenoid wire would be connected.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

JDM engines don't have an Evap system. To be US smog legal you have to T off the FPR vacuum hose and find someplace to mount the purge solenoid. The little mounting tab is there on the JDM motor but it's not tapped.

Another option is to swap a USDM intake manifold onto the JDM engine.
