I dont have a vacuum gauge. Its on my list of things to pick up.

Map pressure reads 20.9 inHG at idle. No change in MPG for inj settings.

Ok timing is dead on. I have a new PVC on order. No vacuum leaks.

I know I have to be missing something....

Did my tune look good to you? How fare off is it off from yours?

Your tune looks good. You should be around 50mpg freeway. I will have to ponder this for awhile?

drop your idle to 450, like the VX, I gained 5MPG with that, though my VX only does it with the lights and fan off... still..

I'd go back to fuel economy basics to start. Pump the tires to max sidewall, get the alignment checked. Are you running a short ratio trans or a vx/cx trans?
