my gym is relatively new w/ MEGA free weights, machines, AND a cardio cinema. yes, i watch late release movies while i do cardio. i have the option of watching one of 12 tv stations as well.
it's the size of a large grocery store, in fact that's what it used to be. oh, and there's a full size b-ball court. no pool tho, but saunas.

i'm reading a book called Body By God that helps maximize health,covering everything from stress to diet to time management. i HIGHLY recommend googling it and buying it used on the cheap!
