Prius for a week

I have a lot of driving to do in the next week so I'll have the Prius for a week. I'll be the only one driving it so I thought I take a shot at the GS tank record of over 91 MPG. Today was a perfect day for driving south winds at 12 and a high of 85 degrees. Man it's nice to be in the south. Well after today I guess I just settle for a tank record which for me is 64 which was all highway driving. Today was over 80 MPG but that's just going to go down because days like today are rare. Hats off to basjoos and his amazing 91 MPG fill. I'll be giving updates as the week move on.

Not a good day today 65 degrees and heavy rain with more in the forecast for tomorrow. Tomorrow should be more miles, that might help drag it back up a little.

Cool thread. Very interesting what these cars can do. I'd love to have one for a week.

I really love the car It's roomy, quite and you can get 55 MPG with AC with very little effort if you live in a warm environment. With your temps it would be very disappointing and you would only get good numbers 4 months of the year. Without a pure EV button you're at the mercy of the engine shut off. I lost 3 MPG in 3 miles before it was warm enough to stay off.

Another good FE day 80 degrees light winds. Unfortunately traffic was moderate, just enough cars to push ya and not enough to congest things. Holding steady, was hoping to drag it up a bit.

Man those dashboard MPG screen-shots look like some creepy videogame! Keep up the good FE!

A very challenging FE day. Light rain, soggy and 15 miles of highways with 60 degrees with light winds. Still heading the wrong way, 2 more days to try and stop the trend. It's suppose to dry but cooler the next couple of days.
