V6 Toyota Tacoma

I currently average 18 mpg with my Toyota Tacoma pickup. I don't speed, but I do like my A/C. I don't keep anything in the bed and the truck is well maintained. If there are any V6 Tacoma drivers out there, what do I have to do to increase my MPG?

I had an '06 V6 CrewCab LongBed and got 21-22 mixed driving. Drove like there was an egg under the gas pedal. Tried not to exceed 2000rpm when accelerating. 17-18 was typical when driven "normally"...which is still great considering the size and horsepower of the truck.
E85 ~$3.17/gal.
