Ron Cogan of Green Car Journal and GreenCar.com tells us automakers will be building cars a lot like it in order to meet the new 35 mpg fuel economy standard.
Can anyone expand on the 35 mpg FE standard they stated?

Fleet Average of 35 mpg by 2020. Kinda pathetic I guess, but people won't stop buying trucks and SUV's.
