Since I was just looking for a few smaller pieces for car grill blocks, I mail-ordered mine from: http://store.foamboardsource.com/cor...lene--4mm.html

Granted, this was NOT the cheapest way to get it, but I also didn't have to hunt all over town to find it. And (as a bonus), I was able to order the black color that matches my grill (and therefore helps the grill block to blend in, and be less noticeable)...

Why do away with the door handles? you might need those someday.
I've got an alternative idea. Wouldn't magnetic stickers covering door handles work? that way they would still be usable. and you would only be getting what maybe 5mm of wind resistance?

just a thought, perhaps a aplicable in other areas too.
