The third coat of Plasti-Dip has dried and I just tried them on. Not bad! Looks just like some black leather patches are on the knees. It's quite flexible and I'm hopeful for it wearing well. Good suggestion, Holy Cow!

The Plasti-Dip has started peeling off the knees. Guess that's not too surprising. Time for plan B, whatever that is.

Plan B = Bedliner

Without fuel, they were nothing..thundering machines sputtered & stopped..Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice

I have a pair of padded knee protectors with plastic caps, but they never stay in place. Trying to come up with a good way to simply attach them permanently.
