I think if you want to heat your fuel, you should go to biodiesel.infopop. They have alot of stuff for heating fuel. You could do a hose in hose setup, where coolant runs all around the fuel line, or you can use injector heaters that wrap around the lines and apply electric heat, or an FMHE like mentioned above.

With no "02"in fuel heater, no boom. It fuel system works like your house furnes. Has after market FI system. Fuel is heated after the injectors. The engine is wired up with plenty of high temp gauges.

Did you mean to say "With NO O2 in fuel heater no boom"? How can you heat the fuel to 900 degrees, AFTER the injectors, and without O2?Don't the injectors inject it into air?You gotta share a little more! Jim

Oh that's easy. Just eliminate the intake valve. Use direct high pressure injectors to squirt the fuel vapor into the chamber @ 900F. Then the second injector shoots the exact volume of liquid O2 during the the compression stroke. The high temp gas vapor causes the liquid O2 to change to gas completely right before TDC. You'll get an ultra high compression ratio, complete burn and awesome power.

Yeah, easy, lol So we just have to machine our selves a new cylinder head, or two. Couldn't be simpler!

What? You don't have a 5 axis CNC? I thought that was a typical garage tool now.

So you want me to tell you how to make a "deflagration burn too pulse detonation burn piston engine fuel system"? Go ahead and look it up. NASA working on some. Of coarse with no pistons. Very difficult too build they may have "reed valves" or something more exotic to turn the impulses on and off.
