Grill Block Grand Caravan

Trying to up the mpg's on the family cruiser before vacation. I blocked the top half of the grill in about 15 min. I used some old vinyl siding & black duct tape. First I removed the 5 screws at the top of the grill, cut the siding to fit inside. Taped the front of the siding & screwed them in with the 5 screws. The botton of the grill blocks fit infront of the clips holding the grill in, which helps keep them in place. There is a photo in my garage, Grand Green Caravan.

Re: Grill Block Grand Caravan

For temporary experimental purposes, you can just use duct tape right on the front of the grille. This way if the vehicle starts to run hot during the trip it is easily removed.
