Cool! Thanks! ..that is mainly what I was worried about. I found the site to build it yourself...but 1.) I am a beginner in designing and building circuits..and 2.) I cant read Japanese!

How does the SuperMID compare to the ScanGauge in accuracy? Should it be more accurate considering that it is directly calculating values from the injectors rather than gathering data from a serial data stream?

There are some limitations on the ScanGauge.
Following is good review article about it...
http://www.cleanmpg.com/forums/revie...e-ii-4495.html
"Another issue has to do with Fuel Cut. The ScanGauge II has no way to tell if the ICE is in Fuel Cut or if the car is at speed running at idle as you would in a NICE-On. Although the FE calculated and shown is very high under this condition (between 130 and 250 MPG depending on speed and ICE size), fuel is still shown being consumed when it is not thus causing an ever increasing error to build in."

My SuperMID can easily be calibrated within about 1% accuracy.

Anyone knows how accurate the ScanGauge is?
