I found the info here: https://www.accordinglydone.com/data/injectors.php
but now that I look at it, says 89 is same as 88 even though I read elsewhere they were different.

According to HondaAutomotiveParts.com, HF uses the same injectors 88-91, but they are different part numbers than the injectors used by the Si. I know the Si, and most port fuel injected Hondas/Acuras for that matter, use 240cc/min injectors. I seem to recall reading that the HF injectors are 190cc/min.

Where did you read that? I'm just going by the only information I can find and the difference between 235 and 240 isn't that much. I don't see why these two charts would be wrong. I use that site also, I didn't like how they used to calculate shipping without telling me what it would be. Now they've fixed that.

I'm not sure. Probably posted on one of the CRX enthusiast sites. I seem to recall 240 being molded into the injector plastic, but I can't find my loose injector sets to confirm that.

240cc/min is a common injector size for Civics.

Well, maybe if I could read Japanese, but there are no numbers on either set that I have.

Ah, k... I'm probably thinking of DSM injectors.
The 5cc/min difference could easily be accounted for by variations in stock fuel pressure. 2.1%... That's less than 1 psi at typical Honda pressures.
