What is your fuel cost per mile or kilometer?
Stating your location and a rough idea of gas prices help too.
According to fuelly, my 2009 328xi (18 MPG lifetime average) near Chicago costs me $0.146 per mile to drive. My previous car, a 1997 Accord EX (22.5 MPG lifetime average) was $0.174 per mile to drive. It's funny how when I had a more fuel efficient car, gas prices were higher (around $3-4 per gallon) and when now when I have a thirstier car, they were lower (around $2 per gallon) :whistling: |

6.7 cents per mile ... US
|
7.4 cents/mi.
Car just got hauled to the recyclers though, so it'll likely be lower now that I have something equally efficient, and possibly more so, and don't have high fuel prices to skew it upwards. East Texas, USA. |
$0.162 per mile in Wisconsin. A few years ago it was hovering around $0.23 a mile. That statistic woke me up and I started driving a lot less!

I'm at 4.4 cents per mile for the 25,000 miles I've had this Mazda3. I'm very pleased with this car.
