I used to be all about performance, but am finally making the switch! I'm looking to replace my cars with a couple of gas sippers..so far I found a 91 firefly never winter driven for cheap, next on my list is a vx. I know they're hard to come buy, but we'll see... :thumbup:

I checked one out on the weekend, it's advertised on London Craigslist, but the guy wanted 1100 and it needed a clutch, timing belt, brakes, exhaust (even the resonator was rotten) and a pile of body work..that I could tell just from looking it over myself. Also, on the distributor side, it had motor oil all down that side of the motor. The guy also lied about the mileage, said it was 216000kms, but there was 249k kms on it..how do you get that mixed up!?! The wife is the one that'll be driving it back and forth to school..and she wouldn't even consider that mess...haah
