Filter Request

Since you have the data already, besides engine size, is it possible to add a filter by transmission type when viewing everyone's stats? VW Diesels tend to have a wider gap on automatic vs manual compared to other cars and it would be nice to get a more accurate view.

This is on our to do list. We're waiting for more people to start using the transmission type. Right now only a handful of people have made the selection. For example, on the 2004 Golf page only six people have set manual or auto. And if you filter down to diesel, only three.

So with the current low numbers it's pretty easy to just scan the page and look for Manual or Auto in people's listings and sort out the difference. As it is now, the filter will basically wipe out the page leaving you with only a handful of vehicles to compare.

Thanks for reply. I didn't even know there was an option for transmission until I looked at my settings more closely.

On the subject of filters, I don't see myself when I look at the list of ALL 2004 golfs. Is this normal?

I also have a second question, but now I see I can only ask one question per week.

Okay, skip the finding myself on the list comment, I see it now. I still have a second unrelated question though.

You can always use the Contact Form to ask us questions directly.

I think it would actually be more useful to be able to filter on the EPA information.
