Canadian Ecu for VX?

I am converting my California VX to a 49 state lean burn car. So far I have not found a 49 state ecu for the conversion, however I have run across a canadian ecu. part # c00 (not the A00 of the 49state unit). Does anyone know if these are the same and will work? Thanks for any info.

I have never seen/heard of the "C00" for a VX motor....strange. Sorry I can't offer any more info at the moment. I'll snoop around the intarwebz today and see if I can't rustle up some info.
