NEED HELP 2003 CHEVY S10 2.2 4cyl Manul Trans.

HI newbie here have a 2003 Chevy s10 extreme w/2.2 4cyl manual transmission bought a hydrolizer just installed no mods or enhancers plz help havent noticed any increase in mileage.Thanks.
