87 Honda Carburetor insulator question

I got a new carburetor insulator Honda PN 16211-pe1-661 my Civic and need to know what the bolt torque specifications are. I've searched for hours and even downloaded a manual with no luck. :confused:
Anyone have this info they can pass on?
