Yeah, someone brought it up on a motorcycle forum I'm on, someone was having problems with E10 in their bike and wanted to know where they could get the good stuff.

Nice info but unfortunately none near me. Maybe there is hope for me though, as I would rather have a choice. Thanks, I bookmarked it anyway.

Which motorcycle forum? Might be something to look into for me.

There's ONE ethanol-free station near me. It's 20 miles away, though, and not on my way to anywhere. lol I'd end up wasting more to go there than I'd save by having pure gas in my tank. My lawn equipment and motorcycle would surely love the stuff, though. :-)

Has any of you found changes that really work?

I have saw offers of increases in mpg but I have not been confident of any of them that really work. I have an 1999 S10 that the EPA is 28MPG and I can get 37-39 at high altitudes 4500 feet or higher but at low I can get 25-27 MPG
It is standard 4cyl no changes. Would anybody be able to tell me if a injection cut off switch and anything else help MPG?
Is there anyway that a person make the pickup get the great MPG that is at 4500 feet do so at low altitudes??? I would like to know
Thanks

Almost seems to imply that a hot air intake is what you need. I wonder if anyone has done any similar testing. That's a pretty big improvement by going to high altitude.
