I agree- IMHO this car would have been rolling and tumbling in those winds. It looks like the B pillar on the passenger side has been ripped apart (possibly the A pillar too if that is a piece of debris wrapped around the front end) which is not likely if the car had been rolling over and over.

As battered as the rear end is (including a bent right rear wheel and smashed bumper), it is also suspicious that the plastic tail light bar is mostly intact across the back.

Another possibility is that it was wrecked prior to the hurricane, and had already been ripped apart by the jaws of life to get to the passenger. Maybe it was parked at a wrecking yard and was blown off their lot.
