Looking for rims for Honda that fit tire size 175/70/13.

I own a 1988 Honda Civic DX 1500 4dr Sedan. I'm currently looking for HX or VX rims that fit a tire size of 175/70/13. I've looked on ebay, craigslist, and plenty of other sites and can't find any. My thoughts were to go with Discount Tire Co. and get new wheels and tires (since no rim seems to fit my wheel), but my cousin says that $560 (new tires and new rims) is too much to spend on that kind of deal. Just for the rims at Discount Co. they are $54 per. for a 7 spoke ($240+$50 for inst. kit). I guess I'm looking at spending $40-$50 per. instead ($160-200). If I could get some help in searching for a great deal I would really appreciate it. I want to update my rims from when I bought it 8 months ago. They currently have the original factory 80's-90's Black Western (and from what I search on google, it's pretty rare since I can't find it).

Thank you.
