New Guy Build In progress

Picking up a 1990 something Crx Dx next week.
It's DPFI and completely stock minus a new set of wheels on it.
No rust and probably the cleanest Crx I have seen in my life.
My plan is to make this thing the most fuel efficient it can be. This might sound crazy but looking to do upwards of 70+. Might seem a bit much but hey I think I can do it.
First things first tune up and test to see what it can do stock.
Then I'm going to add little things here and there and see if I can make it better.
~a bunch of stuff between here and the end game~

End game Im going to build another d series engine from the ground up and get a tune and hopefully I'll be happy by then. Along with a custom build tranny to go along with it. Wish me luck guys. If you all can think of little things I should do just in the mean time before i do the build just let me know.

Ideas for now. Intake, exhaust, weight reduction (nothing too crazy no sure if I want any carbon fiber on this car, it's just so mint being all original), got a set of about 9lb wheels that will be going on it, and anything else small before I swap it.

What do you all think?
