Where to find CRX HF fuel level sending units?

Mine's pretty much dead. Is swapping tanks/sending units the only solution or is there a vendor of OEM units for the HF?

Does some one have a functioning unit that could measure the voltage at fully up vs. fully down? Then, I could maybe find a potentiometer that might work as a replacement. Thoughts?
