Does fuelly have a service log option?
 

Is there a place for a service log such as new tires, repairs, dates and costs? It would be helpful.

Just as a note to a fill up entry as far as I know.
If you want to note between fill ups, you could try leaving the miles and fuel entries blank and hit the partial fill button.

Yeah, I just add notes for any service items I do or other issues.
