Bar-Graph

Where do the "Average MPG Per Month" bar-graphs come from? I want one!

I've noticed many people have a bar graph that outlines the average mileage they had in a given month. August (8/2008) has come and gone and I have filled my tank several times, but I have no graph showing my average for 8/2008. How do I get this wonderful graph? It would be PERFECT for an oil/fuel additive experiment I am trying to do. Also, for the sake of tracking the price of gas, could you guys make a graph that shows the average cost per MPG per month to go with the average MPG per month graph you already have?

It starts after you have at least three months of data (like my car) and maxes out at one year of data (friend's car).

At one year does it simply stop or does it knock out an old month for every new month you log?

It knocks out an old month for every new month. The month graph shows the last 12 months worth of averages.

Then all is well...time to play the waiting game.

What happens after a year? Does data stay and not show in the graph? Are we able to pull a graph up that'll show us what happens beyond the span of one year? Although I'm not affected currently as I've had this GA since Nov 2007, it'd be interesting to see how things will be today 2 years from now.
