Was this spam from Fuelly?
 

I just received a spam email from the "National Resource Center" with an email address of NRC@del2.com. They're selling 'auto insurance' but the website is a known spammer so do not even acknowledge them or unsubscribe.

I was wondering if anyone else had gotten any of these spams. As the messaged specifically mentioned my Subaru-Forrester. As I can only think of two websites that would have my car info and email address: Fuelly & Subaru.

Fuelly shows as a misspelled word. One would think it would have been added to the dictionary by now. :banghead:

BuzzInn, I sent you a Fuelly mail message asking for more information so I can investigate it further. To my knowledge Fuelly has never been compromised.

BuzzInn, I just replied to your email with my findings. Based on the limited information provided, I'm pretty sure the spammers got your information from somewhere else. Please email me if you need any other assistance.
