contact us page asking for reCAPTCHA?

I am trying to submit a message via the https://www.fuelly.com/contact page but after submitting everything and pressing "send message" the following error message displays at the top of the page.

Error

An incorrect reCAPTCHA challenge parameter has been specified

There is not a prompt on the original page to enter any reCAPTCHA words. I am using firfox web browser if that helps.

I will post my message here:

I recently did a restore of my iPhone5 prior to turning it in for a bad battery issue. After performing the restore on the new phone all of the GasCubby app data was gone. I have sync'd the app to the GasCubby servers in the past. I am looking for any tips on where to find the data either in a directory within iTunes or from the Gas Cubby servers. Any help would be appreciated.

Potential Email addresses:
levi.plies@gmail.com
levi.plies@mtsi-va.com
levi.w.plies@mtsi-va.com

Thanks again,

Levi

Cookies and Trackers in Firefox

Hi and Welcome to Fuelly:

I am not an employee of Fuelly,(or even admin), but I understand your frustration.

There are a few thing that you may wish to check on fuelly.com to enable all of the graphics to show up.

Cookies.

You may want to enable your cookie safety feature to accept cookies from fuelly.com , and to disable google blocks from 3rd party sites.

Your Browser is able to display it, but there is something blocking the code (or possibly the javaScript) from running.

I hope this helps, and that your display can process the reCAPTCA.

They added something to the website that does some other peculiar things that I've just verified. I normally run a heavily locked down configuration of Firefox (includes AdBlock Plus, Flash Block, HTTPS Everywhere, and Privacy Badger). This configuration worked fine until Fuelly "updated" their site sometime between this week and last.

I too tried to send an email to Fuelly because a vehicle was missing from my Garage making it impossible to add a fuel up. Then I saw your post for help.

For giggles, I decided to launch Internet Exploder just to see how it behaved. Lo and behold, my previously missing vehicle was now listed.

Unblock EVERYTHING then what ever you were trying to do, including send an email to them, will work just fine.

P.S.--Privacy Badger identifies several Facebook related things that Fuelly is trying to use.

I'll forward this to our Dev team for review.
Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks, opening the "contact us" page in Explorer worked fine.
