Is there no reply button on this thing???

Anyways... I horde them... but seriously, get them from your local wrecking yard off of 87 CRX Hfs (easy to tell... they are the ones without rust all over the outside of them)... or... get this... Honda Insight. Yup, get them new from Honda. I'm just a cheap b*stard. =)

I see the reply button now that there are a few post on this thread... odd...

Anyways... I will warn ya, not that it realy deserves a "warn" there is this SMALLEST bit of aluminum that gets taken off by some bit of your hub or something... so expect a little scrap sound for the forst 50 miles or so. I have yet to pony up for the insight ones, so I'm not sure if this holds true for them as well. Nothing big, I've put on 2 sets so far.

Ohhh and for weight savings (damn i wish i had a gram scale!!) I would say expect 3lbs total at least. And the finning on them looks like you mean business. Really I think these are WAY better than the iron issues... Aluminum should shed the heat faster and are lighter, no drawbacks here!

I have a GOOD account (body shop price + some) at my local honda dealer. Maybe I can sweet talk the wholesale girlie into cutting me an even bigger break (brake... har har) for these drums.

wow SVOboy is really after that MPG. Maybe I should get myself a 90' civic hatch. Too many mods for it to lower it's weight and gain a lot of mpg.
