Not necessarily.
The Total AVG MPG takes into account all the miles tracked and all the gallons entered.
It's not an average of the individual fuel up averages.

Look on Fuelly side, what's the Avg you see? Does it match the sig? Can you post a link to one of your posts so I can view it? Might be your local cache. Try a hard refresh (ctrl+f5) or clear your browser cache for that site.
