Can't complete the vehicle data entry pop-up
 

I enter all the fields that it seems to ask for, but never will let me save it.

Thanks for the heads up. We'll do some more testing and figure out what's going on.

Same issue for me this past weekend.

Similar issue, on the mobile site for entry, the pop-up asks for additional info. I put it in, then it says that I didn't fill out some of the field, but those fields weren't in the pop-up to choose.

I went in on a computer and edited the vehicle to get rid of the pop-up.

The engine and transmission I have for the 2013 Sonic was not available. So I clicked the 'my trim not available' button at the bottom. The engine, transmissions, and body fields disappeared, but when I tried saving, the system asked me to fill them out. Yet I couldn't get them to reappear.

Same for me.

The options in the pull-downs are not correct for my vehicle. For instance, I have a Sonic. 1.4L engine and it's an Auto. Only options I see are 1.8L and standard.

Plus, when I select I can't see something, it does remove those entries, but when I go to save it, it says I must fill in those entries, which were hidden.

I end up having to X out of the pop-up every visit.

We're still digging into this.

When you encounter this issue, please let me know what browser that you are using and mobile (Android, Apple, etc) vs desktop (Windows, OS/X, etc?).

I'm using FireFox 39.0 on a Windows 7 Pro service pack 1 machine.

Oh yeah - this was on a Macbook Pro, running the current version of Chrome and Yosemite.

I made some changes, let me know how they work out.

If your vehicle's options are not available, that is a different issue to be worked out over time.

I'm in a similar position, I click "can't find my trim level", the box disappears but then won't let me save it.

I hope it will be in working condition now. Having all the problems solved.

I've been plagued by this on the mobile code for a while (firefox 41.0 on android). I honestly would prefer to be able to select a profile option that would eliminate the asking of all this additional info altogether. All I want is to track mileage. When I first started using fuelly that's exactly what it did, and that's the only reason I decided to use it instead of writing my own piece.

This always pops up for me, even though I've already completed all the information and saved it. I still get prompted for my vehicle body type each fuelup.

I just tested a fuelup on your account, when logged in as you, and I did not get the popup. What device are you getting the popup on?

Your fuelup record indicates that you are using the website to record fuelups. Can you provide me a screen shot of the pop up?

I would get it on Windows PC's (using Chrome) and my Android phone (using Chrome).

I just added a new fuelup since my last post and did not get the pop-up this time.

The pop-up I would get looks like this:
